I recently relocated to the area and purchased a home. My furniture was arriving three days after I closed on the house. I called Pile's Carpet Care and to get a quote. Not only did they provide me with an affordable quote immediately over the phone, the gentlemen, who cleaned the carpets worked late to accommodate my needs. In addition, they applied grout sealer in the dinning area. The employees were friendly and professional and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Pile's Carpet Care. Called for duct cleaning (looking for the solution to leak problem that we couldn't identify) and got so much more! Jesse was professional and knowledgeable as well as incredibly kind, covering the facts, listening to our concerns and then he just took care of the problem, from start to finish. In this post Covid world, Jesse was like a breath of fresh air! I'd highly recommend Pile's Carpet Care for any water damage cleanup!
