My wife rented a storage unit for there the one we go was to small they moved us to a bigger unit. Never put it in there system. A week later we went to get something out of that unit they had a lock on it. We called they said we did not tell them we moved units. They met us there with the lock. A few week later that Friday we called talked to a lady told her we would be out that Saturday. Never made note in there system. So when the payment came due they took it out of me account on the 29th payment was due the 26th. Called and to get my money back guy refused was rude Hung up the phone and I was threaten with the police. If you work hard for your money don't go here

Had to do everything over the phone due to short timing in military. Delia was great and very helpful as well as patient with the process. As well at great discounts!

Had a unit for 4 years, under previous owner, only 1 raise in 2 years, since, around 10 raises in 2 years with additional insurance cost. They are ripping people, abusive greaty business!!!
