Our realtor Darlene Ross is a sweetheart, very respectful, smart, and helped us find our new home. We love it! She stayed with us, helped, worked hard through several hurdles thrown our way after dealing with a lying loan agent through a bank. If you are looking for a property management company I highly recommend that you do NOT use EXIT Reality of the Heartland. They have had our house on the market for 2 months and it has yet to be rented. Even though their property manager swore up and down that the house would be rented in two weeks no problem. And yes I completely understand that he can’t control the market what he can control is keeping us updated. This is the second time he has gone more then a week without contacting kurtis or myself even though we have left multiple voicemails and texts. All we want to know is what we need to do to make people want to rent the house but we get nothing from him. Calling the office isn’t any help either since he still does not contact us back.
