Tara identified the areas that needed upgrading and repair and provided names of high quality and reasonable priced tradesmen. This was a major renovation project. Tara and her assistant Taryn scheduled and monitored contractor performance for me. Their project management skills are very impressive! My property sold quickly for a good price in a slow market thanks to them!
