The Mattress Store

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MATTRESS FIRM. WE BOUGHT A 200 or 300 dollar mattress protector along with a mattress on the same day. A little boy peed on the mattress protector and it soaked through. I called and spoke with the manager and explained what happened. They told me I had to go through and do a warranty claim. Temperpedic denied it numerous times. Mattress firm mentioned giving us a new mattress protector due to temperedic not honoring their warranty. Neither companies did us right and wanted to settle for 50 percent off a pillow.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Cause their hundred dollar pillow does not touch the cost of the mattress protector and cleaning of the mattress.

We went to The Mattress Store in Elizabethtown and was greeted by Josh Franklin. He was very polite and professional. Because of his knowledge he was able to assist us with finding the perfect mattress and glideaway base to match our needs. Once again we would like to thank The Mattress Store and Josh Franklin for making this life choice easy.

Our experience with the store started a few months ago when I was desperate for a pillow to relieve my neck pain. Josh helped me find a match for what I needed. Went back for a 2nd pillow after I left mine at my parents over holidays. Then, my husband took me back to check out what type of mattress would be comfortable for me with no plans to buy one that day. Josh again did such a great job along with the owner. We got a great deal. They didn't push us into buying same day. We just couldn't pass up the deal. Delivery was done with great care and professionalism. Love my new mattress and adjustable frame! I highly recommend!

Josh was a great salesman, came in undecided but his ability to understand and help us decide based off products within the large store room was detrimental to us deciding to purchase same day. Don't sleep on their employees because they know their beds.

Recently bought a bed here bob was very attentive helping us pick out the bed the sale was great but thats where it went south we were told we would get a call the next Wednesday to let us know the order status but that didn't happen i called Thursday afternoon no biggie things slip through the cracks i get it the delivery day the delivery guys were great they noticed a dent in the base and pointed it out no big deal the frame work was fine So later that night i sit on it and the mattress compressed to the base i thought maybe its just the edge and i wasn't on enough but nope its the whole bed is soft like they mislabeled it or had a bad batch of springs So as of now im stuck paying for this bed while having to buy another one And bob wouldn't hear me out to even consider maybe its a quality control problem from the manufacturer because nothing ever get a recall or gets missed in quality control but bob wouldn't hear me out to consider whether or not to come take a look at it i suggest not doing business here or with bob ZERO STARS IS NOT AN OPTION
