        The process was simple and I loved the email updates as the order changed status. The absolute best thing was that the shop sent a picture of the arrangement for me to see. I have seent flowers many, many times and this was the first time a florist has taken the time to send a picture to me. I greatly appreciated it!!! Thank you!
