I give zero (0) stars!! After standing at the counter for 15-20 minutes, and not a single employee even acknowledging our presence, my wife and I followed the example of other potential customers and left. It is inconceivable to me that any restaurant, even a fast food place, could have such incredibly bad service!! Whether it was lack of training or lack of concern, the result is the same: I will not return to this location! Terrible, terrible experience!! I recommend everyone avoid the location on Hwy 62!!

Im not the type of person to complain or leave bad reviews. Very displeased with this place lately. A couple weeks ago something was missing out of the order entirely, got my money back. Last week I asked for a flamethrower combo and was given a backyard bbq combo instead. I didnt want to drive back out and ended up eating it and it was actually pretty good. Today I came in and asked for a single flamethrower combo, large sized, onion rings instead of fries and a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard for the drink. I was asked to repeat my order twice. I pull to the window and theyve got rap music blaring on the speaker. I got the wrong size blizzard and fries when I asked for onion rings. So I gave it back and asked for the correct order. I was then again given the wrong kind of blizzard. The lady asked for it back. Eventually I got the right food but the onion rings were cold and the sandwich was thrown together very carelessly. Ive never had a problem with this place until very recently. Must be bad new hires or theyve stopped caring. At the end of the day, its just a sandwich and doesnt impact my day. A bit inconvenient though.

Only thing for me is the last couple of times i haven't got napkins an thats definitely something you need i go every morning for breakfast i use Drive thru
