        The New Facility on Towne Drive is Awesome. The Space was definitely needed. Additionally, the Medical Staff is exceptional and Always have True Care and Concern for the patients. Keep up the Amazing work Norton's!

        I am post op w abdominal seroma. Dr Cothern has made me believe there is a Dr that cares. She's my new PCM and I'm not easiest patient after being in healthcare before myself. But I glad I made this change cuz I lost all hope .

        Monday. First time being there. Saw Kaitlyn ODANIEL. She took my concerns seriously and actually listened to how i was feeling. Had blood drawn, girls there very friendly. Was in and out in an hour.

        Nursing is good. The staff is very very rude. They think they are above all. Not professional. Degrading people is not the way to be a leader.
