    Was able to get a appointment for the same day I called to make it. The facility was very clean & the staff friendly. The problem came with getting the results! After 5 days I was told that radiology still hadn't written the report and there was nothing they could do about it. They might be fast getting you in and the price about half but if you needed results now I would suggest some place else.

    Great place, clean facilities, quick workers and friendly people! After almost 2 weeks of hurting I still had to go through a longer wait with insurance , once they had my referral they contacted me asap and scheduled me for my MRI. I was in and out in 30 mins the machine was comfortable and they provided scrubs and locker for personal items while In imaging. Tim was my technician and was very gentle and friendly during setup and helping me after we were done. Thank you guys for a pleasant experience.

    Service was good but the waiting experience is terrible. Bring your beer or liquor because it sounds like a honkey thonk hillbilly special.

    My boyfriend was in a car accident a week before his ultra sound. He messed his knee up. It was swollen and had cuts on the top. The back of the knee looked normal when we came into office. The ultra sound tech grabbed hurt knee and pressed the dobbler into the back of knee. My boyfriend experienced terrible pain. 2 hours after we left office behind his knee was bruised. I called the office left a message no one called me back the next day I called again and left a message someone called me back. Well the person acted like it was normal but then she said she had never heard or seen it before.Then she took an accident report. It is not ok to hurt someone or have someone think you hurt them and act like it is normal when it is not. At least there could have been someone with compassion call. Maybe say "I hate that he started bruising afterwards."

    Heartland Imaging  - Elizabethtown Visited 20 February 2023 (President's Day)After seeing my primary care on 10 February 2023 for an ongoing issue, I was referred for imaging. Due to past experiences, I assumed it would be a long, arduous wait to get my imaging appointment scheduled. I was surprisingly wrong. On 15 February 2023, I was contacted to schedule an appointment. That's 5 calendar days from referral to appointment. That was fast! Even faster was the actual appointment. I was able to get scheduled for 20 February 2023. If you've been counting, that's 10 days from referral to appointment. I was especially surprised since it was a holiday (President's Day). But, they were open and had quite a few others their for their appointments. On the day of my appointment, I checked in, filled out the required paperwork, then was sent back to the waiting area where I was directed to a changing room where all clothing and metal objects were to be removed. After changing, there are lockers to secure your clothes and other personal items. Shortly after changing, the imaging technician called me back for my scans. Overall, the check-in experience was good, and all the staff I encountered were pleasant, but that's where it ended. If you've ever had an MRI, then you know how loud the machine can be (the technician provided headphones, and I was able to make music genre requests. This made the loud noises a little better). Also, depending on which body part is getting scanned, it can be uncomfortable. This was especially uncomfortable for me because I was apparently too long for the machine. I was lying on my stomach with my legs dangling off the end. My shins were right at the edge of the table to it rubbed thee entire time. Other than the unavoidable issues, it was an okay appointment, and I would recommend Heartland Imaging for their fast availability and convenient times.
