Had a weird experience at this store today. I rarely go in this store anymore because it's not what it used to be. Anyway, went in at 10:45 today and there were about 6 other people doing as well, when suddenly an employee started shouting "we're not open yet, we're not open yet!" I told her the doors were open and she said that was her fault and she told us to leave. People put their merchandise down and left and i don't know about the other women but i didn't go back. With this kind of nonsense this store won't stay open. Sad.
She was more worried about getting in trouble than customer service.

This store is not what it used to be! It feels unorganized, and good luck finding an employee for help if you need it! I did manage to find a couple of end of season bargains, but I had to work for it! The clearance section is HUGE and honestly, the markdowns weren't that great. I guess they just like having that big area designated for clearance items because I doubt they move too fast. It feels like JCPenney will be the next big retailer to leave the malls in this country.
