My wife is too nice to say this herself, so I will. My wife made a routine appointment with Mortensons because she hadnt had a regular dentist for a couple of years. She has great teeth and is very hygienic, so a cleaning and check up maybe we thought. She had zero tooth issues and zero pain before going to Mortensons. At the initial appointment they told her she had ground down her fillings and they needed to do new ones to replace them and needed a crown on one tooth(okay seems plausible). So we paid over 700 dollars to replace the fillings and do the crown.. fast forward to now, my wife has heat and cold sensitivity in her newly fixed teeth and has even had another 5 appointments telling them to fix this, first it was the lady messed up your scan so we will fix that then next appointment we got oh your gum messed up part of the scan then next appointment we got your mouth is so small we couldnt do it correctly (?????), after 700 dollars in fees, and 8 months worth of countless appointments all my wife has is constant excruciating tooth pain and hot and cold sensitivity all thanks to Mortensons having incompetent techs and dentists who say a grown womans mouth is too small to fix a filling, I actively will work to ensure none of my friends or family go to this office, and I recommend whoever reads this do the same. The worst part is now we have to go see a real dentist to fix what probably should be considered malpractice. I hope none of you reading this ever experience anything like my wife has with Mortensons.
