BE CAREFUL pictures are generally of stock item only not of what you are actually bidding on. I won a bike that said open box, it wasn't in a box, but it was so damanged and bent it was unusable. They would not refund me because it said open box. I personally have thrown away well over $200 on unusable items that could have been described better. The first picture is the stock photo they posted of a perfectly good bike. The second photo is what I actually purchased.

I win some great stuff at this auction. If you dont live close to this one, i wouldnt take a chance. Ive won a scrional here and it was incomplete so i wasted a trip. I won a dresser here and the same thing happened. Its usually a quick process. You go in, get what you've won and check out. It's a easy, breezy, process. Don't open anything until you've checked out, if you open it before you can not get a refund if something is wrong. They have a table after you check out , where you can check your items before you leave.

I have found some amazing things through their auctions. Pick up is fairly straightforward. The workers I have had contact with have been extremely nice & helpful.

I'm new to this. I have bought several items so far. Most were good deals others not so much. The people that work at my location are NOT friendly or helpful. Also if you bid on an item and you win it.. THE DATES LISTED for pick up are the ONLY days you can pick up your items. If you don't they will reauction your items and you LOSE your money. PLEASE be aware. Also pay attention to the items description you are bidding on. If the item says incomplete you are only getting parts of that item not all of them. I suggest you bid on brand new and appears new items. ALWAYS look at the pictures provided for the items you are bidding on. When you go to pick up your items they will be in a warehouse. You have to find your items yourself. It's like a scavenger hunt.
