Little Caesars Pizza

I have always enjoyed Little Caesers Pizza. But the last several times I've been there have NOT been pleasent. Long wait times, Pizza being thrown together and not cut, and worst of all NONE of the employees OBVIOUSLY not caring. I worked in restaurants for over a decade and I know how it is. Whoever the General Manager is there needs to hang their head in shame for the state that the Little Caesers in Danville Ky is in and the owners need to step in and take action immediately!!! I ordered cheese sticks and this is what I received, notice all the oil on the sides of the box cheese sticks are supposed to be squared not a circle.

As long as you don't get a hot and ready and order customs with light sauce it's a decent pizza. Also like the thin crust as long as they don't burn the edges lol

Made an online order and was told my order would be ready for pick up between 4:28pm and 4:33pm. Upon arrival I was told that they were waiting on my pizzas to come out of the oven that it would be about another 10 min and they would bring it out to my car. Fast forward 30 minutes I had to go inside the store to see where my order is since nobody brought it out to me 20 minutes ago. They stated that they were now waiting on another part of my order for some reason. When the final piece of my order finally comes out of the oven and I get my food to leave and not one time during the entirety of this process did any of the staff or management acknowledge that I had ordered my food over a hour ago by not even going as far as to offer to say sorry about your wait or anything. Then after I make the 6 minute drive back home to eat with my family to find that the pizza that we had originally been told was the delay for our order was now cold because it sat on the table by the oven until the final item came out of the oven. I know this because the oven/boxing area is in clear view from the lobby were i had been standing for the last 10 minutes waiting. Also it wasn't just me there were 2 other regular customers who had been an hour since making their order as well as 3 door dash drivers. I don't know if this location is under new management but there is a definite and clear decline in leadership and i wouldn't be surprised to see that this location closes in the near future unless someone else takes the initiative to make thing better.
