I am not sure where to begin, in all the times I have had to call Blue Moon with a claim, they always answer or call right back. Last night at 8:00 PM we discovered a broken water pipe under the kitchen sink and it was before the shutoff valve. Needless to say water everywhere. I called their number expecting to leave message and when Alex answered I was surprised. Alex entered the claim right then and there and had the adjuster out there before noon the next day and we already have the wheels in motion for replace and repair. If you are thinking of Home or Auto Insurance, call these people, they are there for you!!

Probably the easiest transaction I've ever had, we did a lot through text and I never had to repeat myself. Super great customer service so far... actually beat my old company by a couple dollars, helped me set up auto pay, fast service, very great communication. Dunno how long Paden has been doing his job but his enthusiasm and dedication to make sure I could save money is a hard thing to find.. everything is through email and text, then a phone conversation to seal the deal... sign on the dotted line and your good to go. I would encourage you to talk to them if you are in need of insurance or if your wanting to price check your current policy.. ill tell everyone I know to check em out..
