        Can someone please tell me why merchandise is placed on shelving where there is discount signage everywhere and you get to the checkout and it's not the discounted price. Big Lots has to be the only store that doesn't honor the signage. This is not a one off (a customer putting a product down on the wrong shelf) this is many of the same item spevifically placed there. This has happened repeatedly especially at the close out of a specific season. Either tighten up your process or honor the signage.
