        The staff of this bank are great, but the banking service SUCKS. The app only works half the time, the website rarely registers my log-in information, they are always having maintenance issues. They also completely take pending transactions off of your account and repost them at a later time- this has caused my account to get overdrawn SEVERAL times as "instant balance" constantly shows an amount that is different from what I actually have in my account. Can not wait to switch banks. The whole point of online banking and a banking app is supposed to be so you don't have to carry pen and paper everywhere to know what's in your account, and you can not do that with Farmers.
