        I went to get a Johnson Rod the other day, and as I was getting out of my car, a female customer was pouring out a full bucket of iced tea (with lemon) in their parking lot. She was fouling up the pavement something fierce, as though it were her own private landfill, spoiling the normally sparkling facilities of this fine establishment. Fortunately, NAPA takes great pride in the conditions of their premises, and they promptly put this customer in her place. Such entitlement should never be sanctioned, and NAPA handled their business beautifully, quickly dispensing of the rude customer and calling in ServPro to do a full cleaning of their parking lot. I thought this person was going to ruin my NAPA experience, but lo, NAPA wasn't having any of that. I got my Johnson Rod and was on my way with another great NAPA experience.
