        I stopped in with a bunch of glasses to adjust, and Leslie was super helpful. She was gracious and patient, as well as being extremely thorough. The place that attempted adjustments prior apparently did a lot of things incorrectly, which Leslie explained and rectified with ease. I am a bit of a sunglass freak, so its a relief knowing I can wear my collection much more comfortably now. I think Leslies service paired with the entire staffs professionalism and welcoming attitude has made it hard for me to go anyplace else! Thank you to Leslie and LensCrafters Crestview, I will definitely be back.

        Very thorough and helpful staff. Tons of options for frames for my school-age kids. Store was neat as a pin and in a nice area with a tidy storefront. Easy location to find. We were assisted by Leslie, and she was exceptionally friendly, polite, patient, and accomodating. When you drop $600 on a couple pair of glasses, you want to feel like you got exactly what you needed along with great customer service, and I can honestly say that I felt like Leslie took great care of us and helped my kids pick out glasses that they will be happy with. Would definitely recommend them to a friend and will definitely be back when we need more glasses in the future.
