        Called ahead about properly disposing of a small quantity of household batteries & a few florescent tube lights. Arrived & was told its $40 minimum. There should be a collection point for household quantities. Was told to put them in the trash. Very disappointed.

        they pass my house everytime my trash is supposed to be picked up even after paying for services. its been a month! come on man

        I missed the truck and call the customer service they tell me to pay 30$ for the truck come back, I cant even allow to bring my garage cross the street. I have to keep my trash into next week.

        They scheduled a pickup for me to get part of my sectional picked up. It was completely wrapped in plastic like asked yet the driver still didnt take it. Customer service told me I was lying and they would not come get it. This company is a joke. Their customer service is a joke and their drivers are a joke. If I could give them zero stars I would. If I could give them no business I would. Why am I even paying my bill when the company cant do their job?
