Tire warranty is bad. I bought it, explaining that the vehicle would be in Georgia most of the school year. He said if something happens to a tire out of town, have it fixed or replaced and bring us the bill. And we will reimburse you. Of course , something happened, I submitted the bill 9 months ago and followed up three times with phone calls. Still nothing. Just not acceptable

Good place for your tire needs , a little pricey but they sell excellent brands of tires , also do car repairs, check it out

I really cant say enough about this location. They are genuine to help very kind, flexible & understanding. The guys here always try to find a way to help everyone even at the last minute. Hats off to the guys here that understand a simple situation and take care of their clients. Id give 10 stars if I could! Thank you all so much! This is the 4th time I have been helped here at the last minute and they always have accommodated me. I hope the staff realizes the difference they make in our community by help keeping our cars on the road and by having meaningful impacts on the community. Thanks again I am very grateful! Can't seem to figure out their own scheduling. Had me come in twice to drop the car off but apparently the employee that I spoke to didn't schedule a specific appt. When I arrived I was told they couldn't possibly look at it until next week. Totally get that, but then why was I told to drop the car off? Then, when I finally got an appt scheduled a week ahead for a noon drop off, I arrived and was told they MIGHT be able to look at it. I was also told that I was supposed to drop the car off in the morning, a full 4 hrs BEFORE the scheduled time. Which has me wondering why they make appts in the first place. I understand scheduling automotive mechanical work is tricky, no issues there. I'm upset at how I was treated and the incompetent communications I received that caused this problem. I was never asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment the first 2 times. And only on the 3rd attempt at dropping off my car was I told that morning drop offs are necessary for same day service. A fact that would've been nice to know at the beginning. The real kicker was the lack of professionalism in their response. I never got an apology or an attempt to solve the issue, just talked down to as if the lack of communication was somehow my fault. Such a disappointment, tried to give them my money and business 3 times and won't be back for a 4th.
