I was skeptical of them at first when they reached out to me, but they worked with me every step of the way.
They offered to cover any other expenses I asked of them to cover.
They paid for a dumpster to help me clean out the house.
They worked on my schedule while I looked for a new place to live.
My house had some major foundation issues and was a mess but they worked that into the offer and we were able to move forward quickly and efficiently.
It took us a while to agree to a purchase price on my house, but Omar, their main man on the ground, helped me get the cash I wanted.
They didn't hesitate when I involved my lawyer and even let me use my own purchase agreement. A great team overall.
If I had another house to sell, I'd sell it to them!
