        Simply the best. They have saved us from ants, monster spiders, hornets, and yellowjackets. There arent enough businesses like this is the world one phone call and you know your problem will be solved. A+++ Services: Home inspection, Hornet & wasp extermination, Spider extermination, General pest inspection, Bee extermination, Ant extermination

        They have a heck of a scam going on with low income housing. Being paid to "treat" apartments that have no pest. Tenants being forced to jump through hoops for them. Now if we don't jump through those hoops we are being threatened with fee's and/or eviction. This money could be used to improve the buildings instead Permakil gets it and we low income tenants get threatened and charged on their behalf. We don't need their services but they convinced the manager, every apartment needs treatment every six weeks. In the same way a tire saleman wants you to buy tires every six weeks.

        Terrible customer service and the manager was very rude. In addition, their price point is VERY expensive (2X-3X MORE) compared to other services. As someone that is in the exterminating business, they should know to wear booties when entering our/any home (he said he left his in his van). The likelihood of potentially bringing pest/germs under their shoes is very high. I do not recommend Permakil and I highly suggest finding another company that treat their customer with respect and compassion. Update: My wife never confirmed that price. Yes, you have been in business for that long but maybe all of your employees dont follow best practices. Take a look at your reviews in the last 8 months, there are some 1 star ratings too. Im not the only one here not happy with your service and cost. Hope you can use this review to better your customer service. Good luck.

      We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately, we are forced to access utilities (water) in order to complete a termite service for one of your neighbor's homes. For the record, our technician stated that he would move the vehicle so that you could walk around, but would have to return it to finish accessing water in order to complete the job. He went on to say that he didn't have enough hose with him to reach further. Just to be clear, without access to a water spigot, the service work couldn't be done. I understand your frustration, I understand that persons bound to a wheelchair would have difficulty getting by, however both technicians are keeping a close eye on the sidewalk and truck and will be more than accommodating to anyone who might have difficulty passing. Once again I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience however this is just a temporary measure for a few hours so that we can protect the building from attack of termites. Thank you for understanding our predicament and please understand we will move the vehicle as quickly as possible.

      The service fee was clearly given to and agreed upon in advance of any work being done. I spoke with your wife, the pest was identified via photos and discussion, and the likely source of the pest problem was determined (moisture and likely fungus within your home). Even though I explained to your wife that unless the source of moisture was controlled, it was unlikely we could stop the infestation of bugs you were having an issue with. I suggested that we wait until after the moisture problem was taken care of to perform our service. At your wife's insistence that we schedule the work right away, I told her that we would do so and also make every attempt to try and find the moisture problem, which we did.We inspected your entire condo, as well as the roof to find potential sources of water entry and pests. We found two insect species associated with moisture problems, as well as the source of the moisture problem and then suggested instructions as to remedy the moisture source, which is above and beyond our scope. My techs do carry booties in their vehicles to use in the event that their shoes become soiled. As pest control professionals, we do not bring pests into our customers’ homes. My tech would have gone back to his vehicle to get them if he was asked to do so. As far as being 2-3 times more expensive, the old adage that “you get what you pay for” applies here.We have been in business since 1972 and have never been accused of having “terrible customer service.” We take pride in giving all our customers more than they pay for and will continue to do so.
