I really feel that enough effort wasn't put into helping me. I was told some small detail of information and not formally informed. My calls were not being answered any longer nor did I get an email of the detail. I took this as a blow off, I would have accepted an follow up vs. not following up at all respectfully. I am choosing to help myself and have found the resource of the other party, obviously a phone call wasn't made. I will not recommend this company. I wasn't expecting this firm to handle my situation in this manner and I chose this firm because of the popularity. This is a shock to me. Moving on

Working with this law firm has been very frustrating. My point of contact changed within one week, I wasnt called at all about this change. Ive been working with them since August of last year. My case is still pending. Communication sucks with this office. Ive only talked to my lawyer once since he took my case. Worked with them based on a referral from a completely different office. They take 40% of your settlement and cases take 8+months before its over. The least they can do is make you feel like a valued client. Look up a law office that will actually work with and for you not just take your money. If I would have known I would have been treated this way I would have picked a different law firm all together. Ill come back to this post for an update if things change.

Person asking questions in initial interview was not very thorough. They never bothered to contact me regarding the status to tell me they weren't interested. Not very professional, typical attorney, my time is more valuable than yours attitude.
