This place is a joke it takes forever it's never cleaned. All the toys for the kids are broke. They literally sit back there and do nothing turn sick people away.

If I could give this office a zero star rating I would. It has been a horrible experience all the way around from showing up to appointments in the afternoon to be told the doctor was out sick and I couldn't be seen to being called on a regular basis to have to move my appointment because the doctor isn't going to be in that week. Was also mislead in different directions about a payment plan I was on one applied saying I had to pay this much and the next appointment only a copay to the next appointment saying I was in default and couldn't be seen unless the balance was paid in full. Then spending hours trying to speak to billing to make a payment and can't even get a call back to do so. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

My son had a dental appointment scheduled for January & I had a message saying they had to cancel it. I've been calling to get this rescheduled since January!!! No one ever answers or calls back!! I've left numerous messages. I'm on hold now as a matter of fact & it will transfer me to a voicemail eventually after ringing for about 5 minutes straight. What is going on here?! Now I will have to stop in to get this scheduled. The last cavity he had filled, after giving the anesthetic shot they immediately went in with the drill. He was in severe pain. They were super busy & trying to hurry.

Dr. Tignor is absolutely amazing and deserves 10 Stars atleast.. I will not go to anyone else, yes there's a bit of a wait in the walk in clinic but he does the best he can to get to you accordingly and makes sure that your comfortable and part of the plan. Best Dr there is as far as dentist s go.

They will not return phone calls. They will happily answer to book an appointment but if you need help or have follow up questions they will simply ghost you. Consider going any place else even if it's inconvenient. Heading to the ER now..
