I used this company for my homeowners insurance and for my auto insurance for more than 8 years. After adding a new car to my policy & consultation, I hadn't been steered into purchasing the right coverages for my car. Ok that's on me. After an accident with a motorist who I thought was uninsured i called them for help. Because the accident citation didn't have any insurance information for the gentleman who ran away from they told me I was basically screwed for that auto claim. I found out later that car actually did have coverage, but my insurance provider was not there for me to act as an advocate on my behalf with advice or suggestions as to how to navigate the claims process.
Yesterday I received a letter from my mortgage company that my condo's homeowner's insurance had also been canceled unbeknownst to me. I've been living in a home without insurance for over 8 months. I'm furious with assured partners and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who is looking for any sort of insurance coverage.

Crawford insurance is a full service agency with many years of experience. We have our homeowners policy with this agency, and will move our auto policy once we register our vehicles in Kentucky. My experience with the agency is limited to when I signed the necessary paperwork, but I found the employees professional and efficient. It's a family owned agency with a strong reputation. It's in an attractive building on Fairfield Ave. not far from the new Urban Active. Plenty of parking in their private lot.
