It took me about one month to receive a withdrawal from my account. On Sept 8, I made a telephone withdrawal request and never received my check. After waiting a week for the check to arrive, I then called and the agent suggested that I submit a withdrawal form. I received the form by email one week after I called. I filled out the form and mailed it back the same day I received it, That was on Sept 22nd. Since I had not received my money one week later, I called and was told the withdrawal form had never been received to process. On Sept 30, I again called the company and again (second time) made a telephone withdrawal request, FINALLY, one week later on Oct 8, My check came in the mail. During this month-long process, I spent hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone. Their telephone service was terrible but there was no other way to reach the company' Since I really needed a fast turn-around on my money, I was thoroughly frustrated by the poor customer service and the time it took to get MY OWN MONEY.
