Talk about unresponsive, and unconcerned for patients. I went in for a normal teeth cleaning and after doing 1 tooth I was crying from pain- she blamed it on me not flossing accused me of drinking soda then said to use sensitive toothpaste and try again later. All the other offices I called after this said a normal cleaning should NEVER feel like that and when my new dentist tried to get my X-rays from them they never answered the phone (called multiple times all during office hours) save yourself pain and headache by not going here.

I went in today for my 2nd cleaning and because I asked her questions about prior services she had done she released me as a patient!?!? She said it was because I didnt trust her because I was asked a couple of questions, when I reassured her that I trusted her she said she no longer wanted me as a patient and ripped the cloth off from around my neck! VERY unprofessional!!!

I am so happy to have found this dentist! I have never had a dentist do this good of a job with my teeth. She takes her time, makes sure I am comfortable and is incredibly professional. She really cares about her patients. Highly recommend

This lady is more than a Dentist !! She's an Angel . I can't say enough about how kind , caring and compassionate she is . She was ready to go on vacation , yet fit me in so I could get my dentures before she left . That's not all she called to see how I was doing with getting used to them , mind you while she was on vacation!!! I get so many compliments on my teeth . Dr. Tracey Butler Ross is nothing short of AMAZING !!!!!
