These guys arrived and went straight to work! I offered cold drinks they said they were all good. They have worked diligently from start to finish. Highly recommend. If I can figure out how to add my pics they will follow.

We used Riptides Pool & Spas for our pool and they were absolutely perfect! We had a few set backs, mostly on our end as we had to have a pole removed from the area we wanted the pool and there was sickness/weather to blame as well. We had checked quite a few other places out before calling Riptides and those companies had quite a long wait for install. Riptides holds true to their install dates as far as within 2 weeks from purchase. They came to install on Monday (labor day) and had quite a job to do, and they handled it with complete professionalism. They had to dig 6 feet down on one side, and did an amazing job. They were finished by 10 AM Tuesday. Their install crew and customer service crew were EVERY bit of amazing. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who may be looking to have a pool installed correctly and worry free. Thank you all so very much for being so great to us!

As first time pool buyers we checked out a few places last summer during the shortage and ended up going with Riptides because we felt most comfortable with them and their team. The lady who helped us with our pool purchase(sorry I can't remember your name) was very informative and patient with us as we went through all our options and helped us put our full pool package together. Due to the shortage we knew it would take some time to have it installed, but every time we called to see where we were in the process whoever answered the phone was more than happy to help and keep us informed of what to expect. When it came time to have the pool installed this Spring Tim and his team did a knock out job. They installed the pool in one day and I was very impressed with their work ethic and their attention to detail. We even had a few hiccups like part of our steps not being mailed from the manufacturer and a small leak in the plumbing. The reason I mention this is not everything is always going to be perfect but Tim came back out to our house twice to fix and replace things to make sure we were happy. The whole team at Riptides did a fantastic job and I am glad I went with them to purchase my pool. Thanks guys!
