Local service is great, however, the new automated calling system increases our hold time exponentially...and I still haven't been able to get through to reorder propane!

I have had three different delivery people and they are so nice. Travis Carl I dont remember the other mans name. You all take care of me. I appreciate your kindness and good work you do.

They made a mistake about 6 years ago and delivered more fuel than I ordered when the driver started filling the wrong tank "I have two 500 gal tanks"! He then stopped when he realized this and filled the other tank! I ordered 500 gal but they sent 700 gal. Since that happened it has messed my billing account! I am on a fixed income and I told them that! I am currently paying a bill of about $127.00 a month with maybe two more payments! It seams to me that they do not care about there own mistake and making me suffer the consequences! The delivery team is Good, the people I talk to on the phone have not helped me with my problem! They say I will have to be re-evaluated to get back on the budget pay system! I have always made some kind of payments in the past, none were less than $70.00 which I can afford! I only have a gas furnace! Needless to say for the last several years I have been dealing with this problem that they started! Not very happy about that after doing business with them since 2005!
