        Went and bought a new couch yesterday. Had a good experience! The people were super nice and helped load the coach on our trailer. Love the quality of the couch as well.

        Bought a couch & ottoman. Was told the ottoman was in stock, did not arrive with couch when delivered. Now saying it is on order & will not deliver for free once it arrives, I must pick up. Paid $100 for delivery. Buy with caution.

        DO NOT BUY FROM HERE,I bought new living room furniture and when it was delivered the recliner on the couch is broke. All they wanna do is fix it. A 1000 dollar couch and they wanna fix it when they should come back pick it up and bring a new one. Don't waste your money at this place.

      The customer was informed of the procedure from the manufacturer concerning all warranty issues and an open line of communication was established. The sofa had two warped reclining mechanisms, which can happen during shipping or transit sometimes. The mechanisms are easy to replace once the part comes in. The customer was contacted on 9-27-23 when the mechanism arrived, the customer scheduled to have the sofa picked up on 9-29-23, and the mechanisms on the sofa were replaced and returned to the customer on 9-30-23 free of charge. We value all of our customers and we appreciate their business.
