        I had cracked my Mac book pro screen and this caused my screen to go completely black. Being a college student I panicked. I had gotten a couple of quotes from surrounding counties and A+ computers was by far the cheapest. The man in the store was so nice and respectful. He got me the best deal he could and my computer was back up and running within a week and a half. I will never take my devices to another store besides A+ Computers.

        Called to get some information about some particular iphones abruptly interrupted me and said had to let me go customer walked in. Seriously. Not professional customer service by any means. Won't get my business.

        Bought my laptop & cell phone both from this place.. The laptop was supposed to have 2 batteries in it & it only had one, so I have to keep it plugged up all the time to use it, the cell phone works great 2 years later almost... The owner could be a little more friendly with customers in my personal opinion... Really the only thing I would like to recommend is, that they start selling more Samsung Galaxy's, (Android phones) rather then mostly IPHONES...I already know & understand cause not only me but servial other people the owner had also told the same thing too.. ""In Adair County, 85% of people have IPhone's & not Android's"" Is why he sells mostly IPhone's.... Well that's still 25%, he could be getting more business, I believe if he actually started fooling with both rather then just one for the most part...

      Unfortunately We only have one person in the store. We answered all there questions, Customers in the store come first. We also answer all questions through texting on Facebook, and We give you a phone number too text when you call you get the phone number to text. We do are best to help people out. Thank you
