        I would not recommend this store at all! (Go to the Russell Springs, KY. Location). My family went to this location to upgrade a phone, disconnect a line, and add a new line. The man, Grant (I believe was the person working with us). Was completely clueless, told me that my IPhone 15 Pro would be completely free with my 13 Pro trade in. The next day my phone went into SOS Mode, Grant didnt activate my SIM! Then when my husband went to turn in his trade in the manager (who was present when we were there the first time) told us that my 15 Pro was not covered and then refused to correct their mistake! The people working at this store are completely ignorant!
