B & H Heating & Cooling

Hired them to install a whole new system in a new home and it has never worked from the beginning. They put my outside unit in the wrong place, finally moved it over a year later which left me with holes in my brand new siding on the back of my house, they had things wired wrong and it kept throwing my breaker. Could have caused my new house to burn. Less than a week after it was installed I was having problems. The unit outside would run and no heat blow out of the vents. This went on for over 6 months without me even living there yet. Once I moved in during the summer the air wouldnt work. It stayed 80+ degrees in my new house half the time. 99.9% of the time they would never respond to a call or text and ignore the problem. The couple times they did come they would tell me they couldnt see it happening so they didnt know what the problem was. (Even with me telling them exactly what was going on?) problem was never fixed and it was winter again and my heat wouldnt work. All calls and texts were ignored. Ended up having to get a new reputable company come out and they wouldnt touch it until they called the department of housing because b&h had done such a horrible job and there was no proof of it being inspected. Not to mention they installed the cheapest material and products you can buy. Things that most HVAC companies dont use anymore. After the inspector came out they found all kinds of things that was installed wrong, my unit had a leak and had no Freon, they had other things wired wrong, and some things not wired at all! (This had been installed over a year at this point) the inspector required them to fix everything and they was suppose to bring me a lifetime filter since they installed mine without one. A year later Ive still never got the filter and the heat doesnt work again and its only two years old! They of course dont respond. They are a joke and very unprofessional business I would never recommend them to anyone. Spend the extra money and get a real business and someone that knows what theyre doing. By the time you pay someone to fix their mess and count all the low quality products they have used, youre not saving any money!

I called them and he came out and said he had a part to fix my air. He left and now they will not answer my calls. I rally don't understand how they can be like that. I'm sure that that they do well for a few.

Horrid HVAC company. They installed our ac when the house was renovated. They failed to cap the wiring right, and are known for shoddy work because another ac guy told us he could tell by the wiring that B&H put in the unit. They also didn't explain that online registration of the unit had to happen for the 10 year warranty. So here we are, 9 years after the installation, buying a new unit outside and replacing the coil for the inside unit. All of which would have been on warranty if they would have taken care of it like most companies do or told us we needed to. Overpriced and poor quality work.

I highly recommend B and H heating and cooling. Called them at 4pm for ac issues , they were here the very next morning. Told us what the problem was. They were back that next morning and fixed the AC unit. Changed out a high tech thermostat for a conventional one. The high tech programmable one was the issue with the air conditioner. Very nice individuals, very knowledgeable. Great prices . Will not take advantage of you, Give them a call for all your ac / heating needs.
