        I had gone to Dr Arms twice for a 2nd opinion. By cracky he got to the source of the problem in my wrist where no Orthopedic would. I feel very confident in him. Yes I did have a little wait. But not long. He did take time to explain everything to me.

        Doctor Arms was very helpful and professional but be prepared to wait. My appointment time was 10:15 and I waited until 12:25 to see the doctor. I asked and the nurse explained that they get all morning patients checked in by 10:30 but expect that it will take thru lunch to see all patients. Highly inefficient of patients time.

        Would not recommend, Iv been waiting 3 weeks for an MRI order to be put in. Im in pain everyday and someone isnt doing their job. Iv been told 3 times they are going to call me back with the MRI information and when I call they still havent talked to the doctor about the order for the MRI. I went one day and waited an hour and half to be told they didnt have my test results and I had to come back next week. Never even seen the doctor. Having a hard time getting help.
