I had known Tom for a couple of years, so it was a no brainer when I needed a new unit put in. I thought I might see him, but he had three druggie guys come and install it. They did not install it right. There is mold growing around a pipe. I just turned on my air conditioner and it makes a woop,woop,woop sound when the air conditioner is running. Had the problem last summer and he came out and checked it out and said it should have stopped. It didn't. When I asked him about the three guys that worked for him, he said THEY don't work for him anymore. I am just majorly disappointed. I liked Tom and thought he was a stand up guy. Now, I have to get this repaired.

I cant say enough good things about this company! Tom is just one of the best people you can meet, in life. Him and his crew were efficient, knowledgeable and very professional! I ask him to come out and fix all the irritating things that another contractor, who installed the equipment completely jacked up. They did exactly that, at an affordable price! I am a little eccentric to use a better word to describe myself! They addressed all my concerns and I am more than happy! Thank you Tom and crew!
