I see a lady in THE SHOPPE. She does my hair and my teenage children's hair. Has for many years. All the techs that work here are pleasant.

The worst hair experience Ive ever had. I made an appointment with Tonya. She never acknowledged me waiting. Instead she got the gift of gab with some teenagers she knew, leaning on the counter. This went on and on. She still didnt say anything to me. I waited a hour and a half. I finally had to speak up and say, youre a hour and a half late for my appointment. She finally came and said a few words and wanted to talk about what the teenagers were telling her. First off, I didnt care and didnt even know them. I just wanted to get my hair done and get out of there. She finally had me come sit in the chair and proceed to talk to her friend. I dont like that too much because youre not concentrating on doing your job which ended up uneven because she wasnt focusing on doing my hair. I dont mind to have a little chit chat but you wanted to constantly talk and take her time when she had already make me wait a hour and a half with no care of me sitting there so long and waiting. This went on so long. I hadnt ate and had a terrible sugar attack and was trying to rush her along which she didnt. I just wanted to leave cause in the end, I had been in there for four hours. I wasnt too happy. My hair was cut uneven. I decided never to go back to her because it was the worst experience Ive ever had when it comes to getting my hair done. My mom went over there to get her hair done and said the same thing happened to her. She told her she made a appointment and she wanted to argue and said she didnt have her listed when my mother made the appt with her personally. So she forgot her and my mother was so upset that she left. She was so disappointed in her service and never returning either. I think she just cares about doing her friends hair and doesnt care for new business. Because she sucks at what she does. I recommend nobody go to her for your hair needs.
