Tri Point Veterinary Clinic

I cannot recommend this vet office enough. We had to do what no pet owner never wants to do about a week ago and unfortunately put our 9 year old Golden Retriever down. It was and still is one of the hardest days of our life. But the staff made it so peaceful and accepting for us. They truly cared for our family. Dr. Brucham was not in the office, who normally seen our boy. But his interim was amazing. I really wish I could remember her name, along with the vet tech, as they was absolutely amazing with us and our kids. They gave our kids memory keepsakes to take home that day that they will cherish forever. Then on the way out, they knew we had a puppy at home and gave them a couple toys to take home and put a smile on their face. They really do help with the whole process and made it a little easier for us. We will forever be thankful for them.

Our Family had been dreading the day when we would have to put down our sweet Bessie dog. I want to THANK, Dr. Helmer, Taylor, Ella and Hailey. They were so professional and caring. Have recommended the clinic to 2 of my family members and tons of people in our community. The staff members are great and Dr. Burcham is very knowledgeable and explains things in ways you can understand.

Words cannot express how grateful my family is for Dr. Burcham and his amazing team. My 8 pound Papillon was attacked by coyotes and we thought we were going to lose him. Dr. B gave us hope and was able to perform a miracle surgery. My dog is healing well and we are so appreciative for the care that was given to Oliver after this horrific accident. We are so thankful that this clinic was recommended to us in our emergency situation.

My cat had signs of an upper respiratory infection for nearly 3 years. I tried antibiotics, supplements, lysine, allergy gels, and tinctures, anything to help her. At this point I felt like I had seen nearly every vet in the area. Dr. Burcham saw my cat and suggested we viral test her. Something no one had recommended thus far. The results came back faster than expected and she was quickly put on an antibiotic a viral infection that had affected her on a cellular level. He put her on this for 6 weeks, after just 2 weeks she was like a whole different cat. Now at the end of the 6 weeks its like shes completely back to normal. We are so grateful for Dr. Burchams knowledge and kindness. My kitty is back to her normal self finally!
