I needed a place for my family of 10 and our dog to gather for Christmas and this place far exceeded my expectations! I was delighted to see the house fully decorated for Christmas, including a tree and stockings on the fireplace mantel. It truly felt like we were in a scene from Christmas long long ago, only with all the modern conveniences and then some. I struggle to find the words to express how perfect this house is. They somehow managed to preserve the historical integrity while providing great modern bathrooms and kitchen. One might expect an old house to be drafty and possibly have hot water or water pressure issues, but there was none of that. It was warm and comfortable and showers were great. The rooms are so big, with plenty of places for everyone to hang out, which we took full advantage of, loved the sunroom, outdoor space with grill, and walking the grounds. Everything was spotless, the beds, pillows and linens were so comfortable. The hosts have really thought of everything you could possibly want or need for the whole family and pets to have a great time and want for nothing. While we were there just to enjoy the property and each other, we did venture out a few times. Had lunch at Washington Square Caf, a local restaurant down the street, on the hosts suggested list which was really good, found a great park, England Idlewood Park, a couple of miles away with many walking trails and a dog park, and the best find of all was a drive through Christmas light show, Light up the Fair, which was the best weve ever seen. I had a few questions before and during our stay which were answered almost immediately. You can tell the hosts really want to make your stay perfect. All good things to say about this house and the hosts!

Absolutely beautiful place! I caught a nice size bream and my husband caught a 2 lb bass in the pond (we catch and release). Perfect location for the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter and CVG airport. We also went to the Newport River Front and walked across the Purple People Bridge into Cincinnati. Everyone in our family of 7 was comfortable with plenty of room. This place was very clean and a great value!

Beautiful old century house with updated interior. Kitchen was well appointed with cooking/eating tools. Coffee was provided and was delicious. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. HVAC worked perfectly. We had a couple of issues with the hot water, but easily remedied. The house is close to a somewhat of a busy street, so if you are a light sleeper pick a back room. Value to size of the house is what makes this a great deal!!! Definitely recommend!

Wowsers! This place is as advertised and more! Stay here, and you will not be disappointed. Your historical, spacious and immaculate home away from home. Kids and grandparents alike will enjoy fishing from the dock and smores in the fire pit.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Manor at Featherstone Meadows, and we were absolutely blown away by the beauty and quality of the renovated rooms and bathrooms. As soon as we stepped inside of this historical home, I felt like we had been transported back in time, yet with all the modern comfort we could want. This patient, interior and exterior allowed us to have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The large, well equipped it and kitchen was also a major highlight, as we love to cook and dine in when traveling. The central location of the matter made it a breeze to explore the surrounding restaurant, shops and attractions, and the comfortable beds and linens were just what we needed after a long day of adventure. If youre looking for a special and unique experience, we highly recommend a stay at this historical home. Thank you to our host, Martine for a wonderful stay!
