Canopy Kings Tree Care

To be fair these guys were fearless at the way they handled a very dangerous tree we had, the tree being on a slope. Our quote included hauling tree away, it being cold and so close to Christmas they asked if they could simply cut it into small pieces and let Mother Nature handle the rest. I agreed. After they left I went out to look, what a disaster. The tree trunk was still in many large sections and left where they fell. I contacted them to ask about this and have yet to get a response. Also requested they cut some small limbs not in original estimate and was told he would return the following day. Nope. Very disappointed.

From the moment I contacted Canopy Kings, they were courteous, came right out to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable! I was scheduled, which didn't work because of rain, they called promptly and rescheduled! When they did get here, they were polite, professional, and did a great job working over my pool. It was tight quarters but that didn't stop them and everthing went well. When they pulled out of my yard you would not be able to see they were ever here. They cleaned up the yard better then how they found it! Great company, I would highly recommend this company!

The Canopy Kings are true professionals with excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and are very experienced. It was great to see how well the crew worked together and ensured everything was done safely. They made quick work of a dead 3-foot diameter tree leaning over one of my buildings. They also looked at some other big trees I was concerned about. They told me what to keep an eye on and to give them a call if the trees develop any issues. Customer service is excellent. We contacted Justin with Canopy Kings to provide an estimate to trim a tree. The estimate was very reasonable, so after a couple other estimates, we decided Canopy Kings would be our best option. We were placed on the schedule within a couple days. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to do what they do. They worked great together and we're very safe. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and customer care/satisfaction. We highly recommend Canopy Kings Tree Service... BONUS... they also provide landscaping services.
