        The actual worst. Apartment is aesthetically just awful, but needed a quick place to stay. Put in a maintenance order for an issue. Had several maintenance people stop, look at the problem and say theyd be back. Never came back. This issue is well over a month old now. Landlord and owner are, neither one, helpful. Maintenance shows up at 11pm. Landlord thinks they can come in anytime they want, unannounced. Skip this place.

      Thank you for the feedback. We have no record of you being a tenant at any of the properties managed. We work to access and fix issues in a timely manner and look at severity of issue, parts availability, vendor availability, etc., when attending to issues.
