        I've been living here for almost 5 years. During this time, they have been sold twice. All of the owners have been terrible. Maintenance is AWFUL. Rules are ignored. Our refrigerator broke on a Friday and they refused to send someone out until Monday so we lost $300 worth of groceries. Our rent has increased 3 times since we moved in, this final time coming out to $900 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment that isn't even well maintained. So we are forced to move because we can no longer afford it.

        Rent went up by $55 a month and we were forced to move because we couldnt pay. Beautiful apartments though.
