I haven't used their service personally but I witnessed one of their drivers ram head on into another stopped vehicle while turning at a stop light they turned onto the wrong side of the road.

I honestly can not stand them they are absolutely unprofessional. I waited almost 2 hrs with a sick 9 month old and other kids to get home to just to get picked up. The nurses were even calling them with no response one nurse was going to leave her job early just to take us home. Just ridiculous I know we're all on Medicaid that doesn't mean we don't deserve good service one of your drivers can barely see and is damn near running off the road. One drivers took me and my daughter to Louisville and she admitted to not having a drivers license on the way back, I could say so much more but Google would ban me. Long story short get it tf together

0 stars, the one driver I've seen was wreckless and totally irresponsible. The driver went over the center line multiple times and was tailgating me for miles and if their reading this I hope they know I recorded all of it.

They should really hire people that pay attention to the road and not on their phone because they just caught me off going towards the highway today we should really pay attention more
