Pool & Spa Depot

My wife and I just purchased a pool from pool and spa. The install was very prompt and the installers did an amazing job at putting the pool in and leveling everything. I really am looking forward to swimming in our new pool. Thank you to Andrew at bowling Green site for the great service we received.

We bought our pool from there. We went back to get replacement hand rails for our pool steps and other things. Long story shortened we left without the hand rails due to miss priced and having us take them out of the truck and bring them back in the store. Poor Customer service in our opinion but got a call from them (Matt) he brought the rails to our home 25 miles,apologized for what happened and didn't charge us a thing. Great recovery of what was a bad situation. We appreciate the over the top customer service and thankful for Matt doing the right things to and more to correct it. Kuddos to him. We will be back for all of our pool needs as usual!! Thank you MATT CRAIN!

I cannot rave highly enough about the employee I had the pleasure dealing with at Pool and Spa, Chloe. I called her repeated times looking for information/ parts for my Bullfrog hot tub - she was knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful. She was relentless in trying to get all my issues resolved in such a timely manner. Kudos to hiring such a firecracker!

Poor experience for such an expensive product. The pool is fine, but the process of getting to that point was a nightmare. We started in March and the pool was finished in July. We were told we would be swimming by Memorial Day, but we didn't even finish by July 4th. Communication from our project manager was poor; even the owner wouldn't return my phone calls or emails. Workers would show unannounced and wouldn't show when when we were told they would. The concrete had to be redone and the safety cover wrong. We love the pool, but I wouldn't use this company again.

Horrible Experience. I was treated like I was less than and was not given all info regarding what came with pool purchase. Very dissatisfied with info and placement of my pool and would not recommend to anyone 1 star was not deserving but wouldnt let me post without a star
