Where to start? Josh was tremendous throughout the whole process. Made it as easy and simple as he possibly could. Always stayed in touch and made himself available throughout the whole process. I will also say that his offer on your home will (from experience) be competitive and not a low ball offer. I have already told people about my experience, and about revivalist. They mentioned themselves save that number in case I need it in the future. Id suggest anyone looking to sell their current home without the hustle and bustle of what listing it brings to go with revivalist and Josh. I can confidently say Id do it again in a heartbeat!!

We contacted Josh. He was very kind from the start. I explained to him our situation and how we needed to sell fast. He said even though he doesn't specialize in modulars he was very interested, he came out a couple days later and looked and liked it very much. This is where is honesty truly kicked in and he told us as bad as he wanted and knowing our rough situation, he said with it needing so much work I don't want to buy it because he wanted us to get the most out of our home. He also went out of his way and found someone to buy it from us. They gave us a lot more and we are closing today! I highly recommend Josh from Revivalist homes! Great honest person who truly cares!
