My experience with JEFF HARNED and HUNT REALTY. He being JEFF HARNED came to my mothers farm Dorothy Gray. not Beth Edwardsons. To split property for auction. JEFF HARNED ask me at least 4 different times if i would give rite away thru middle of my future property. After saying no everytime, i finally ask JEFF HARNED if he would give rite away if it were his. He said no i wouldnt. I said quit asking your being rude. We got to remember. This is Dorothy Grays farm. So after the surveyors fly over take pics and put out stakes for the plats. Because i wouldnt give JEFF HARNED and HUNT REALTY a rite away thru the middle of my soon to be property, Dorothy Grays property. Not any of the land being sold was Beth Edwardsons. JEFF HARNED came to the property with a TAPE MEASURE and moved 7 acres over to the sale. He being JEFF HARNED thought he was taking the land from me. No he was taking land from Dorothy Gray. The land owner. Not Beth Edwardson. Dorothy Gray ask JEFF HARNED not to move survey stakes. JEFF HARNED turned his back on Dorothy Gray and shunned her. Wow! As JEFF HARNED was on my mother's property moving the stakes he was telling me if I did what he said we can be friends. In other words he was bullying me on our property. Dorothy Gray called HUNT REALTY twice and ask them to come back down to move stakes back to where they originally were. They being HUNT REALTY ignored her. Wow!! JEFF HARNED put out auction signs without even going to Dorothy Gray the land owner to get her approval on how they look or if any changes need to be made. Wow!! All this because me the future land owner would not give JEFF HARNED and HUNT REALTY a rite away thru the middle of Dorothy Grays property. Wow!! JEFF HARNED and HUNT REALTY thought they were taking away from me. No! You were taking away from my Mother. What a shame you are!! Again they send me e-mail 2 years ago saying Hunt realty wants to make this rite. I bet i called 20 times or more. And guess what, no return call. Because Tommy Hunt realty knows what they did. Jeff Harned im still waiting. U r a COWARD!!! Well It has been 3 years and im still waiting on Hunt Realty and that CROOK COWARD JEFF HARNED to get back with me to make this rite. I guess its ok for realtors to walk onto peoples property with a tape measure and steal property. CROOKS AND COWARDS!!
