I wish i could give negative stars. The only reason I kept my child in this daycare was cause ms. Jeanie and ashlin. The director DONT CARE about anything. Today I walked in to find a little girl curled up in a ball in the gym while THREE other kids was kicking him all over and she was screaming crying when I go in. Now imagine if that was the mother walking in to see that. They probably wont even tell the parent or make a report about the incident. I have had ms.kimmie call cps on me because my child was medically neglected because she has such bad allergies and would always have snot and burger out her eyes and nose. Mind you she has been to the hospital every month for it and they said it was nothing they could do because she was so young but the director NEVER asked me about it. Just called cps. Then when I ask for the owners number they NEVER give it. And when I spoke about the situation I saw today the direct Becca said and I QUOTE the kid was probably being aggressive first and so therefore you let her get jumped and have kid fight it out ?! THATS TRAUMATIZING!!!! I then expressed my other issues with the daycare and she said I think I you should just withdrawal your child TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR HAVE ANY SYMPATHY FOR ANYTHING THEY DO BECAUSE IN THEIR EYES ITS THE KIDS FAULT OR THE PATENTS. NEVER THERES. I feel bad for that kid and parent and the parent wont even find out or be aware of the situation that happened today. My blood was boiling for her. I could go on and on about other stuff that this daycare does that is terrible.
Not to mention when I have came before the door to outside was left open for anyone without a code. Also my mom would come get my daughter and just let her walk back there wouldnt ask who she is or who she is picking up and that could have been anyone not asking for no ID until my mom said something to them. Then they never gave her the medicine I dropped off FOR HER COLD AND ALLERGIES and cant find it

Ms. Jeanie, in the infant room, has been great with my son. She even checked in with us about how he was feeling over the weekend after we had to miss a Friday due to being sick. Very happy with our experience here thus far.
