        I will not be taking my dog here. I tried to explain the situation regarding my dog's vaccination but was met with rudeness and incompetency. Afterwards, I stopped at my dog's vet office and the receptionist confirmed that her vaccination was indeed up-to-date.

        Duke had a great first time at The Barkmore! Ive been really impressed with the efficiency of this business. They really seem to operate like a well oiled machine and have a truly established protocol for their services. The staff is kind and accommodating and the facility is clean and safe. I felt confident leaving our pup there! He came home and crashed on the couch in happy exhaustion. Thank you Barkmore!

        We loved the Barkmore until they accepted so many clients that we could no longer get our Luna in to board. If you dont book months in advance its almost impossible to get in. Good for you guys! But its a bummer for those who are looking to board and cant ever get in. With schedules that we cant always foresee months in advance, we ended up taking our dog to Sit Stay Play on the south side of town and Luna is always accepted and the owner Sara has been a delight even with just an hours notice of needing to bring Luna in.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. We made several attempts to reach out personally to address your concerns but were unable to connect. Daisy Mae’s vaccinations in our system were not up to date and without proof we are unable to keep the pet. This is for the safety of her and the other dogs in our facility. We tried to reach out via the phone number and email we have on file before the date of drop off but received no response back. We are sorry for that miscommunication. We would love to discuss further and resolve any other issues you may have. Thank you.
