I was sick the morning of the service and had to cancel approximately ~45 minutes before the business opened. They still charged my card for the entire amount of my service- $130. Beware when booking and make sure that nothing happens with extenuating circumstancesthey will not work with you. Also, I understand a cancellation fee which is a reasonable policy all day. Maybe 50% of the service, but I certainly dont think it should be $130 which was my entire service price. No service was performed and no products were used. Use caution when booking. If you have a normal life and things come up at the last minute, they will not help you. They will charge your card for the full amount. I do not have a review of the service because I did not get it done because I was sick. I think they look like they do a good job but dont cancel. Its a 48 hour cancellation policy so if you have issues two days before your service, good luck

Yesterday we received your call at 8:13 AM, which was 47 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We did get your other voicemail today and you seem to be feeling better, which is wonderful! We do have a booking policy that is listed in multiple places on our booking site and you see it at least twice before scheduling your appointment. I love to use this as a teaching moment. We appreciate those who respect our policies. Target, Walmart, other businesses have policies in place for a reason. Your appointment time is specifically for you. Your provider showed up to your appointment to service you at that time, and 43 minutes does not give us time to fill another appointment. Things do happen, yes, and under circumstances like death we are very understanding. And I will add, you mentioned filing a chargeback with your bank, and in that circumstance, there would be no reason for us to work with you. Thanks for your review though, and we hope you find a service provider whose policies are more in line with your liking!

Paige is not only professional, but very skilled at what she does. Immediately upon arrival, I felt relaxed and at ease. She has state of the art equipment in her salon that are pleasing aesthetically, as well as comfortable. I highly recommend making an appointment ASAP!
