        Communication, knowledge and loan process was great! Only thing was we were told that at closing, we were going to also pay off our vehicles and have the difference wired to our bank. None of that happened as we were told it would be, which created a bit longer process to get access to our money to get settled in the new house. Overall though, it was a good experience.
