    My daughters feeding tube supplies are delivered monthly. Received a Hoyer lift and sling thru MedEquip. I have NEVER had a problem with this company. I recommend this place to anyone.....

    I see there's at least one other review here already taking them to task for gouging people by refusing to do the most basic coordination with insurance companies, and instead insisting on "rent-to-own". One simple phone call to my insurance company would settle it, but they won't. And by doing so they lose my business altogether.

    Ive been getting my CPAP supplies here for about seven years now. When I was first told I need to be on a CPAP machine It was a very difficult time but the MedEquip team helped walk me through it. I can just call and ask for Sam, hell get all my supplies ready and I can come pick them up without a long wait. Sam is very friendly, helpful and thorough. Theres been a few times over the years when they havent had my size (small) mask in but would call as soon as it came in.

    DO NOT USE THEM!!! I took a prescription from my Dr. for a replacement headgear for my CPAP in January. Here it is late April and I still don't have it and they won't return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

    I was prescribed a new CPAP by my doctor. Mediquip assigned me to Patty Rosser who gave me a new machine and a pathetic excuse for a mask. It had taking a couple of months to get this far. I was told to call if there was a problem. I started calling after a week of fighting the mask and kept getting transferred to voicemail that was not accepting messages. I called the main number after more than a month of this, and was told that Patty doesnt work here anymore. I am stuck with a mask that doesnt fit or work properly. The person I tried talking with said that I was out of luck as the insurance company wont approve a different mask for another 5 weeks. He had to take care of another customer so goodbye. Go anywhere else as the customer service at this location is non existent.
